ÇØ´ç ±â¼úÀ» ÀÌ¿ëÇØ Çü¼ºµÈ Æä·Îºê½ºÄ«ÀÌÆ® ¹ß±¤ÃþÀº Æä·Îºê½ºÄ«ÀÌÆ® ³ª³ëÀÔÀÚ °£ °£°ÝÀÌ ÁÙ°í Á¤°ø¼ö¼ÛÃþ°úÀÇ °è¸é Æ¯¼ºÀÌ °³¼±µÇ¾î ±âÁ¸ º¸°íµÈ ÆÐÅʹ׵ȠÆä·Îºê½ºÄ«ÀÌÆ® Àڹ߱¤ (Electron luminescence, EL) ¼ÒÀÚ ´ëºñ ÈξÀ ³ôÀº ÃÖ´ë 15.3%ÀÇ ¿ÜºÎ¾çÀÚÈ¿À² (EQE)À» ³ªÅ¸³Â´Ù.
